The company said the revised method more closely matches comparable marketplaces. They have suggested members to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually if necessary, which has left users frustrated. Size Classification Modifications Previously, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, for instance S/8 or M/10. The new system has an alphabetical indicator and numerical range like S/UK 8-10. For certain items, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18. Member Experiences One content creator, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult". "Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," as the platform currently indicates. A different member, based in Glasgow, explained products she uploaded with size 14 tags were displaying on the service as measurements 20-22. "If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they may become frustrated," she stated. Necessary Adjustments Another shopper, located in England, stated she felt frustrated because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizes on "every single listing". "This situation is especially annoying, as I'm chronically ill and platform income has been essential after experiencing income reduction," she explained. Service Background The platform boasts over 100 million members, comprising 18 million UK members. It has become a favored option versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
